Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all spa services including massage and body treatments.
• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Maintain spa facility cleanliness and uphold standards.
• Explain treatments and recommend additional services.
• Create client records with treatment notes and schedule follow-ups.
• Attend trainings and assist with spa operations as needed.
