The Spa at Union Club Hotel, operated by White Lodging on the Purdue University campus, is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team. You’ll deliver Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy treatments in a restorative setting designed for guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Massage Therapist license (LMT).
• 2+ years massage or spa experience preferred.
• Proficient in multiple massage modalities and caring bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, peaceful treatment environment.
• Stay informed on spa services, products, and hotel amenities.
• Educate guests on wellness products and home care.

What You'll Do

• Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments — including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy — with the time, tools, and support you need to deliver your best work
• Create a welcoming, centered treatment environment that allows both you and your guests to feel grounded and cared for
• Stay informed and confident in all spa services, wellness treatments, retail products, and hotel amenities through ongoing training and shared team knowledge
• Educate guests at your own professional pace, offering thoughtful guidance on products, wellness benefits, and at-home care
• Engage with guests in a warm, respectful, and professional manner, building rapport in ways that feel natural to your style
• Maintain treatment rooms and service areas with the support of a team that values shared responsibility and a clean, safe workspace
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality while also receiving the organizational support needed to maintain your own professional boundaries
• Participate in additional responsibilities that align with your strengths and contribute to a positive team environment

What You'll Bring

• Current Indiana Massage Therapist (LMT) licensure
• 2+ years of massage or spa experience preferred, but we welcome therapists at all stages who are committed to growth
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a desire to continue developing your skills
• Strong communication abilities and a natural talent for building trust and comfort with guests
