White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to join our Charlotte-area spa team. You will perform massage and body treatments to high standards, ensuring guest comfort and privacy while maintaining spa cleanliness and supplies.

The role emphasizes warm, service-focused interactions and ongoing guest education. The ideal candidate holds active state licensure, has experience in massage therapy, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing services.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
