Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join its spa team in Austin. You will perform massage and body treatments, maintain spa areas, and educate guests on care and products to enhance their well-being.

The role emphasizes guest experience, confidentiality, and professional service in a premium hotel spa setting. On-site position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• For massage, a current state license is required and must be in good standing.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and local area.

What You’ll Bring

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing services.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
