Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Perform all services that meet established guidelines and fulfill guest expectations, based on current certifications.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services offered and hotel amenities, and be able to answer guest questions professionally.
• Understand product ingredients and explain their benefits to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• State licensure as a licensed massage therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable treatments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
