Join to apply for the Massage Therapist role at Modern Wellness LLC.

We are seeking a motivated, calm, and professional massage therapist to join our team at XpresSpa Austin, located in the airport. Enjoy providing therapeutic chair and table massages to travelers, with no need for soap notes or selling packages. Passengers will come to you, making for a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Compensation includes: 30% commissions on services, 15% on retail, and 100% tips collected on your behalf. For example, a 20-minute chair massage at $55 earns approximately $16.50 plus an average tip of $15, totaling about $31.50. Performing two massages per hour over an 8-hour shift could potentially earn $504 per shift.

Initial terms: Entry-level, 3-month commission-based commitment, with shifts primarily on nights and weekends. After 90 days, you can bid on preferred shifts based on performance, with potential earnings of $1,522 to $2,835 every two weeks.
