Job summary

Morgan Ford Massage & Spa is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead internal and external design for digital and print projects, engage with local residents and media, and publicize spa events and campaigns.

The role oversees social media posting, event logistics, and philanthropic activities, plus development of promotional materials and community relations to grow local market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience with marketing, advertising and/or promotions.
• 1–2 years of training or supervision of others preferred.
• Experience in the salon/spa and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design all creative content for in-house and external advertising materials.
• Manage branded materials for consistency and brand standards.
• Create an annual marketing calendar for the spa highlighting monthly sales areas.
• Post weekly to social media and create bi-monthly video content.
• Write and publish a monthly newsletter and distribute press releases to local media.
• Identify and vet new ideas and guest experiences; work with Leadership to roll out.
