Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager to lead our busy team and drive service excellence. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, growth minded, with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and drive membership growth while maintaining an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in the spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
• Strong customer service and sales background.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to promote the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and one weekend day.
