The Spa Manager leads all spa operations, strategy, and staff development for Ottine Mineral Springs. This role owns the spa's performance end-to-end - guest experience, treatment quality, staffing and licensure compliance, retail and product strategy, and financial results - while partnering with other departments on events and broader guest programming. The ideal candidate brings senior wellness/spa leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a vision for growing the spa alongside the resort.

This position requires some nights, weekends, and holidays.
