The Spa Manager Position Responsibilities Include:

1. Leading a team of service professionals and sales associates.
2. Balancing coaching and mentoring with discipline.
3. Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations.
4. Achieving financial results.
5. Handling administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
6. Working a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
