Job Title: Supervisor Spa Locker Room and Pool Attendant
Job Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

As a member of the Spa team, you will be responsible for Oversee the operations of the Locker room and Pool attendant team by participating in guest service duties and performing relevant supervisory duties for 6 – 10 employees. What You Will Be Doing
- Display the behaviors and attitudes that support the Broadmoor’s mission, vision, and values.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all internal and external guests and always exhibit a positive attitude.
- Work closely with Assistant Spa Director for smooth operation of the Locker room and Pool Attendants i.e., scheduling, supervision, coaching, training, and development
- Support all policy decisions made by the director and Assistant Spa Director for the department
- Monitor adherence to standards daily
- Compose weekly work schedule for locker room and pool attendants and oversee time and attendance procedures
- Conduct weekly inventories of locker rooms, café, and pool supplies
- Perform coaching and disciplinary actions as needed for locker room and pool attendants
- Perform 90-day and annual evaluations of locker room and pool attendants
- Compose training plans for new staff
- Assist with interviews and evaluation of locker room and pool attendants
- Facilitate regular monthly meetings with locker room and pool attendants
- Monitor and conduct daily walkthroughs of all spa, salon, fitness and indoor pool areas reporting maintenance and facility issues immediately to the appropriate department.
- Revise and monitor duty checklists in each area of responsibility
- Attend and participate in ongoing training, both formal and informal, needed to effectively perform job responsibilities
- Oversee training at the organization and department levels
- Monitor, organize and store guest sign-in sheets for spa, indoor pool and fitness center
- Perform as an active and participatory member of the spa management team to identify and help implement steps needed for the spa to become its most effective and efficient
- Be flexible and positive to changes required to enhance guest experience or to meet the fiscal needs of the organization
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) from a four year college or university; or related experience and/or training; Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
