Job Description

The Spa Lead Concierge is responsible for guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, creating a relaxing environment, and overseeing desk staff. Responsibilities include escorting guests, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with operations, and supporting guest services. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of spa operations.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, retail area, locker rooms, salon, and hallways.
2. Assist guests with locker setup, robes, and sandals, and perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
3. Handle opening and closing procedures, including reports and facility setup.
4. Manage supplies, order inventory, and coordinate with hotel purchasing.
5. Train staff on SpaSoft, rituals, and guest service standards.
6. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and adjust service topics accordingly.
7. Conduct daily team meetings and oversee guest areas to uphold high standards.
8. Supervise spa desk, salon, and fitness operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
9. Assist with staff evaluations, team assessments, and act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
