Job summary

Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute – New York City is seeking a Spa Instructor to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals. You will mentor students, coach them to achieve service and retail goals using Aveda teaching methods, and address challenges in a supportive setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years’ spa experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Aveda product knowledge is a plus; 401K with employer match and PTO are offered.

Pay grade range is equivalent to $20.57 to $41.82 per hour.
