Job summary

Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute - San Antonio, TX is seeking a Part-Time Cosmetology Educator to empower the next generation of beauty professionals.

Key duties include mentoring students, coaching to meet service and retail goals using Aveda teaching methods, addressing challenges, and participating in instructor meetings. Evening/weekend availability required; 2–5+ years behind the chair and strong presentation skills preferred. 401K with 40% employer match and PTO available.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years behind the chair.
• Aveda product knowledge/experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communications skills.
• Experience training and coaching.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
