The Resort at Summerlin is seeking a Spa Host/Attendant to be the first ambassador of our luxury spa experience in Las Vegas. You will coordinate front desk, spa facilities and retail, delivering personalized service and maintaining privacy for guests.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years in luxury hospitality or spa environments, and strong communication with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and spa software is a plus; weekend availability is required.

  • Ensure spa areas are immaculate and stocked with high-quality amenities.
  • Escort guests to treatment rooms and relaxation areas with grace and professionalism.
  • Monitor guest safety and comfort throughout their visit.
  • Assist with inventory management and product ordering for luxury retail items.
  • Support training of new associates to uphold luxury service standards.

Role: The Spa Host/Attendant is the key ambassador for our luxury spa experience, this role ensures seamless coordination of front desk, spa facilities, and retail operations while delivering exceptional, personalized service. The Spa Host/Attendant anticipates guest needs, creates a welcoming environment, and upholds the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness environment preferred.
    • Proven background in high-end customer service, appointment scheduling, and retail sales.
    • Familiarity with spa treatments, wellness concepts, and premium product lines is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion for high-profile guests.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced luxury setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Required Work Cards needed:

  • Valid Clark County Health Card.
  • Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM Card).
