Position Title: Host/Cashier

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Shift: Varies

Role: The Host/Cashier maintains the restaurant-seating chart and ensures that guests are evenly distributed throughout open stations. They greet guests at the entrance and seat them as quickly as possible. They assist the management staff in the coordination of all employees to ensure efficient service to the guests; and to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
