Job summary

You will perform cuts, coloring, perms, highlighting and more, while educating guests on LifeSpa products and maintaining salon standards. The ideal candidate has a cosmetology license, 1–3 years of styling experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced, membership‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Cosmetology program completion required.
• 1–3 years of hairstyling experience.
• Cosmetology license in the state of work.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized hair services and treatments meeting clients' needs.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
