Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completed Cosmetology school or program.
• Cosmetology license in state of practice.
• 1–3 years of stylist experience preferred.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to understand discounts, commissions, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized hair services and treatments meeting client needs.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations to salon standards.
