Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Arch Amenities Group Experience for guests by upholding brand standards.
• Performs hair services per established guidelines and matches guest expectations.
• Uses universal precautions and assesses contraindications.
• Keeps knowledge of all spa services up to date and advises guests on products for home use.
• Suggests additional treatments and explains product benefits to guests.
• Operates tools safely and performs hair cutting, coloring, and styling as required.
• Puts clients on schedule, maintains cleanliness, and attends scheduled meetings.
• Reports incidents and assists with events as needed.
