Spavia Estero is seeking a Spa Coordinator to warmly welcome guests, manage appointments, and maintain an upscale spa environment. The role emphasizes accurate transactions, product sales, and guest education about services and boutique offerings.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, articulate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced front-desk setting, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility for part-time or full-time work is available.

Formación

• Self-motivated and reliable with a professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking ability and clear communication.
• Evenings and weekends availability required.
• Experience in customer service, administrative or retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education about our spa and treatments to guests
• Responding timely to guest inquiries to ensure exceptional experience
• Team player who supports spa needs
• Attention to detail in all responsibilities
