Job summary

Suncadia is seeking a Front Desk/Reception team member for Glade Spring Spa to warmly greet guests, book appointments, and escort guests to treatment areas. You will provide information on spa services and products, ensuring a pampered guest experience at our Cascade mountains resort in Cle Elum, WA.

The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and a welcoming, professional image for all spa and facility areas. Full-time benefits and resort perks are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Industry related certifications or education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, schedule appointments and taking the necessary notes
• Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment
• Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider

Overview

As a member of the Glade Spring Spa Front Desk/Reception team you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and esctoring guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.
