Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort, a luxury lakeside destination in Texas, seeks a Spa Front Desk Concierge to deliver outstanding guest service at Bayside Spa & Fitness. You will handle reception, appointments, and retail support, with occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and guest engagement, thriving in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer proficiency and math skills are required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills are required.
• Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs in a service-focused environment is required.
• Experience in a spa, fitness, hospitality, or wellness setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities in accordance with established procedures
• Greet guests and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa and fitness appointments with accuracy
• Promote and recommend services, packages, and retail items through effective upselling and cross-selling
• Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments, fitness classes, retail offerings, and facility amenities
• Maintain awareness of service contraindications and product knowledge
• Conduct facility tours and assist guests with general inquiries
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction
