The Woodstock Inn & Resort is seeking a Spa Front Desk Attendant in Woodstock, Vermont, to join our team on a part-time basis. You will handle spa reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with retail sales while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

Responsibilities include answering spa emails, returning calls, organizing spa collateral, greeting guests, and using spa software to schedule services. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Read and answer spa e-mails daily as applicable. Professionalism regarding tone and free from grammatical errors is expected.
• Return phone calls from the spa mailbox in a timely manner or as assigned by a manager.
• Maintain the organization of all collateral located at the spa desk including but not limited to Spa Menus, price list and room service menus.
• Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to guest inquiries and comments.
• Knowledge of Spa Software to accurately schedule spa treatments.
