Job Description

The Spa Front Desk Agent manages the reception area at The Spa, including greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with inquiries about Spa services and products, booking and adjusting appointments, checking guests into the system, and processing charges. The role also involves supporting The Spa Boutique and preparing paperwork for the next day. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus a portion of service charges, ranging from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Perform guest check-in duties, including billing and reviewing guest itineraries.
  • Greet all guests and visitors courteously, using their proper names, and thank guests upon departure while inquiring about their experience.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with late or no-show guests.
  • Schedule and accurately confirm spa appointments following Omni Hotel & Resorts' standards.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and pre-sell Spa services and products.
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Become proficient with Resort Suite software to manage bookings and modifications efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills in a professional environment.
  • Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
