Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Averill Hospitality, seeks a Lead Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team. You will greet guests, check in/out, process payments, schedule spa reservations, and assist the retail and beverage service.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22, paid holidays, benefits, and discounts on rooms, spa, restaurant, and retail. Weekend and holiday availability required; 30–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn booking and operational software.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and unexpected changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of spa guests in a courteous, accurate manner.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information about spa and hotel amenities.
• Schedule spa reservations and manage bookings.
• Track and restock retail inventory; monitor sales.
• Assist Spa Director and maintain spa cleanliness.
