Responsibilities

• Ensure policies, procedures and standards are implemented and adhered to.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Handle daily opening and closing responsibilities of the spa.
• Support Spa Manager and Director in administrative tasks and promotions.
• Coordinate ongoing educational opportunities for associates.
• Facilitate communication between spa departments for day-to-day operations.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Report guest or associate concerns to management.
