Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa, Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI, is seeking a full-time Cosmetologist to deliver consistent hair and nail services, while maintaining a pristine spa environment and guiding guests through available services and products.

The role requires Wisconsin cosmetology licensure and a professional, team-oriented attitude; shifts run 9:00am–8:00pm on weekdays and weekends. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology License in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Professional, mature attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift or exert force up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieving consistency in all services and standards, communicating with clients to gain a full understanding of their needs prior to every appointment.
• Providing consistency with all hair and nail services that are offered.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at all times including proactively preparing work areas, completion of assigned side duties, and ensuring proper care of the work area, tools, linens and equipment
• Continually upgrading technical knowledge and skills to maintain state-of-the-art quality services.
• Professionally informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities within the spa and throughout the resort
