Job summary

Winona Health is seeking an Esthetician to deliver high-quality skincare services and client care on-site in Minnesota. The role covers manicures, pedicures, facials, chemical peels, exfoliations, laser hair removal and waxing as part of a patient-focused spa offering.

The ideal candidate will have a certified cosmetology program graduate credential with an MN license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to educate clients on skin care and post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• Certified cosmetology program graduate with MN license.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Good manual dexterity for skin care services.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skincare services to patients and families.
• Provide manicures, pedicures, facials, chemical peels and exfoliations.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and client records per policies.
• Refer complex skin issues to a dermatologist when needed.
• Assist physicians with skin care treatments as required.
• Educate clients on pre/post-op skin care and makeup application.
• Schedule procedures and obtain required waivers or consent.
• Maintain supplies and clean exam areas to control costs.
