Job summary

Hand & Stone Franchise Corp is seeking a Licensed Esthetician in Minnesota to help clients feel their best by delivering skin-enhancing facials, customizing treatment plans, and building lasting relationships.

You will work with a team that values education and growth, participate in hands-on training and webinars, uphold high standards of professionalism and cleanliness, and contribute to achieving spa sales goals in a welcoming, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals
• Participate in hands-on training and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Responsibilities
