California Sun Wellness Spa is seeking an energetic leader to hire and manage a team of Consultants, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee training, coaching, and daily operations in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods (7 hours/day).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized spa.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
