California Sun Wellness Spa is seeking an energetic leader to join as Assistant Director. The role involves leading a team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy spa environment.

You will oversee staff training, guest consultations, and daily operations while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. On-demand pay and performance-based incentives enhance a supportive growth path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train your team of Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa.
• Open/close business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
