Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours).
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train your team of Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations on skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensure all company policies are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily admin paperwork and track goals.
