Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Salon, including operational needs, guest service, and employment issues. All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

1. Manage operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department and property.
2. Gather input for research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products and services, and implement the best solutions to fit the Spa/Salon’s needs.
3. Manage the delivery of guest service consistent with company’s and property’s core service standards.
4. Supervise Managers and Spa/Salon staff to ensure adherence to policies and responsibilities.
5. Manage and monitor the operational budget and review profit & loss statements.
6. Review financial reports monthly to determine profit margins and implement corrective actions.
7. Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
8. Practice and enforce safe work habits, including PPE and OSHA standards.
9. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and leadership experience in a luxury spa, 2-5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of Spa/Salon and fitness industry required.
• Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
