Job summary

California Sun Wellness Spa is seeking energetic and diligent individuals to join our team as Spa Directors. You will lead a Consultants team, drive sales through exceptional customer service, and receive comprehensive training in a professional, growth-oriented environment.

We offer on-going leadership development, flexible scheduling, full-time benefits, bonuses, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced spa setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized spa.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
