California Sun Wellness Spa is seeking energetic individuals to join the Cali Crew, offering a base pay plus commission with opportunities for bonuses and growth. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Positions include training, advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling across our spa network. Benefits include paid training, sick pay, 401(k) and profit sharing options, plus team discounts on skincare products.

Qualifications

• Leadership/Management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Lifts up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and training your team of Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized spa
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Entry, Mid & Senior level positions with in-house training and upward mobility available.
