Job summary

California Sun Centers, Inc. is seeking energetic professionals to join the Cali Crew across our spa locations. We offer opportunities from part-time roles to leadership, with training and advancement in wellness, skincare, tanning, and customer care.

Our compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonuses, plus benefits and growth opportunities for all full-time staff. Enjoy flexible scheduling, team discounts on skincare products, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products.
• Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized spa.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
