Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beer, wine, and liquor service.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must successfully complete a restaurant training course.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver condiments and drinks as needed, including alcoholic beverages.
• Refill beverages as needed and respond to guest inquiries politely.
• Assist kitchen staff and balance dishes to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and server alley.
