Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a part-time Spa Coordinator to warmly welcome guests, book spa services, and manage reservations. You will check guests in/out, coordinate with therapists, and ensure a smooth spa experience in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have 3 months to 1 year in a related role, strong communication, and comfort with MS Word/Excel. Maui location. Maui Liquor Card may be required. Evening and weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel spa or similar environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to manage bookings, sales and guest inquiries professionally.

Spa Coordinator

Welcome and orient guests to the Spa, book spa services and recreational reservations, check guests in and out of the Spa. This role is part of the A&G Division , reporting to the Spa Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Understand, effectively communicate and book/sell Spa services and products; including but not limited to massage, facials, specialty treatments, Salon, personal training and retail products utilizing computer systems as necessary.
• Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize the productivity of the spa and fairness to the therapist.
• Orient guests and give personalized tours of entire spa facility.

What You Will Bring

• Experience required by position is from three months to one year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization (such as reservations, concierge, customer service).
• Skills include: telephone skills, appointment booking, sales, computer experience in windows based programs. Guest service experience in a luxury environment.
• Requires a working knowledge of computer programs ( i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams), phone service skills, interpersonal and good communication skills, ability to multi-task.
• English language both written and oral.
• Maui Liquor Card
