Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Spa Coordinator who will be the first warm greeting for guests and play a key role in delivering a relaxing spa experience. You will check guests in, help prepare them for treatments, and uphold a tranquil, pristine spa environment throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, assisting with laundry, and supporting the spa team to ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
