Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, managed by Coral Hospitality, is hiring a Spa Coordinator on-site in the North Georgia mountains. You will warmly welcome spa guests, assist with treatment preparation, maintain a tranquil environment, and support daily spa operations to ensure a five-star guest experience.

Ideal candidates have spa or hospitality experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, hospitality, or guest services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check in spa guests with exceptional customer service.
• Help guests prepare for treatments in the locker room area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment.
• Stock towels, water, cups, robes, and spa amenities for guests.
• Perform laundry duties to keep spa operations running smoothly.
• Support the spa team by ensuring a five-star experience from arrival to departure.
