Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in the North Georgia mountains is seeking a Spa Coordinator to warmly welcome guests, coordinate treatments, and uphold a five-star guest experience. Join Coral Hospitality’s team to manage a luxury resort with dining, golf, and spa amenities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This position requires weekend and holiday availability and offers a dynamic, guest-focused work setting at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa.

Qualifications

• Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check in spa guests with exceptional customer service.
• Help guests prepare for their treatments in the locker room area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment.
• Stock towels, water, cups, robes, and spa amenities to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Perform laundry duties to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the spa team by ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience from arrival to departure.
