Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge for Miraval Austin Resort and Spa. You will check in guests, manage appointments, and maintain the spa facilities while coordinating with spa management and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, computer literacy, and CPR/First Aid certification, with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must understand basic PMS principles and ResortSuite.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests at Life in Balance Spa and manage appointments.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments and maintain the spa facility.
• Maintain spa facilities including locker rooms, quiet lounge and pool deck.
• Act as liaison between guests, spa management and other departments.
