Join us at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC as a Spa Concierge with Destination by Hyatt. You will schedule spa appointments, greet guests, and ensure a memorable guest experience at all times.

The role involves maintaining salon operations, assisting with inventory, and supporting a clean, welcoming spa environment while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally.
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.

The Spa Concierge is responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience at all times. They will maintain salon operations to maximize guest experience, profit line, and fitness center cleanliness.
