Join us at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC as a Spa Concierge with Destination by Hyatt. You will schedule spa appointments, greet guests, and ensure a memorable guest experience at all times.

The role involves maintaining salon operations, assisting with inventory, and supporting a clean, welcoming spa environment while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally.
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Check in and out salon guests.
• Handle cash and credit card payments.
• Help maintain accurate inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and physical appearance of the spa.
• Perform prep work and properly restock spa areas as required.
• Work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
