Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC, is seeking a Spa Concierge to join Destination by Hyatt's Spa team. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, cash handling, and coordination of large bookings while maintaining spa cleanliness and inventory. Join a recognized employer and contribute to a high-standard hospitality program.

The Spa Concierge is responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, and ensuring that guest is satisfied with experience at all times. They will maintain salon operations to maximize guest experience, profit line, and fitness center cleanliness.

• Handle cash and credit card payments
