Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Spa Concierge for the Soothe Spa at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Colorado. You will schedule appointments, manage daily spa operations, promote treatments, and earn a 10% commission on retail sales, while ensuring a pristine spa environment.

You will handle payments, daily reports, and guest interactions with care and professionalism, supporting the team and maintaining our high standards in a premier mountain destination.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and composure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest interactions including appointments, check-ins, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and amenities (grotto, treatment areas, retail space).
• Promote treatments and retail products while enforcing facility policies.
• Support operations through inventory management, social media, and special projects.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and company policies.
• Participate in training and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 Month’s Customer Service Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong English communication (verbal/written)
• Basic math skills (discounts/commissions)
• Able to perform computer work and lift 10-25 lbs.
• Exceptional guest service focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Spa/hospitality experience
• Retail sales background
