Drift Spa is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our wellness destination, guiding guests from check-in to check-out with professional warmth.

You will manage appointments, coordinate with spa teams, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on services and retail, ensuring a seamless guest journey.

A background in hospitality or luxury service is preferred; you should be organized, attentive, and committed to Drift’s philosophy of intentional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred.

• Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy and professionalism.

• Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow.

• Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary as a calm, organized environment.
• Perform tea ceremony/aromatherapy for guests, with intention and gratitude.
