Job summary

Elase in Arcadia is seeking a Client Coordinator to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will manage point-of-sale, answer phones, schedule clients, oversee membership sales, and guide the end-to-end appointment flow with accuracy and privacy compliance.

This onsite, part-time role requires 2+ years in customer service, comfort with MS Office and HubSpot, and a genuine interest in aesthetics. Evening/weekend availability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent computer and phone skills; able to learn modern technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer inbound communications and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Maintain professional environment and ensure privacy/compliance.
• Own the appointment lifecycle: reminders, check-in, cancellations, rebooking.
• Oversee membership maintenance and sales; be subject-matter expert for membership model.
• Support General Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Create welcoming environment and ensure service standards are met.
• Assist with admin tasks and opening/closing procedures.
• Handle client concerns and escalations professionally.
