Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a part-time Spa Attendant to welcome guests, explain spa facilities, and manage locker room and treatment area setups. You will keep the spa clean, restock linens, and assist with laundry and supply replenishment throughout shifts.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least six months of guest service experience, plus basic computer skills. The environment is busy, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Must have computer experience and have utilized basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and tribal policies.
• Greets guests and explains the set-up and workings of the locker rooms, bathroom, and shower.
• Guides guests to the next scheduled treatment or area.
• Maintains the cleanliness and order of the spa and fitness facility including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and laundry duties.
• Restocks linens in locker rooms and guest areas, collects dirty linens and transports to laundry.
• Cleans and sanitizes wet areas, bathrooms and grooming areas throughout the day.
• Replenishes supplies and communicates knowledge of spa menu to upsell products.
