Responsible for providing quality customer service, maintaining the facility, and providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment including outdoor areas if applicable. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to Live! Casino · Hotel.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Availability When Facility Is Open: This could include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide the best treatment experience for guests by maintaining the standards set for the Live! Spa treatment menu and standards of excellence.
- Adhere to the policies of the spa and hotel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and taking out the trash.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the spa pantry/dispensary.
- Restock all linens in locker rooms and guest areas.
- Remove dirty laundry and collect linens, taking them to housekeeping or laundry pickup.
- Clean and sanitize all wet areas, bathrooms, and grooming areas throughout the day.
- Distribute and place linens in treatment rooms, workout areas, closets, and dispensary as applicable.
- Escort members/guests in changing areas courteously and promptly.
- Explain the setup and operation of locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers to members/guests.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens if applicable.
- Ensure all areas are clean and supplies are replenished as needed.
- Become knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate effectively with members and guests.
- Greet each guest with a smile and eye contact.
- Report any issues to facility management.
- Report incidents or accidents to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Well-organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple duties.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and appearance.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
- Abilities include climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and more.
- Tools operated include mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning supplies.
- Exposure to noise, wet/humid conditions, fumes, odors, dust, and chemicals is possible.
